This half-day seminar is divided into two parts. The first part deals with typical (costly) contracting mistakes in 8 Asian countries and how you can avoid them.
The second part offers all seminar participants the opportunity to book personal one-on-one meetings (free of charge) with one or several of the 7 lawyers covering 8 important Asian economies. This is a unique chance to obtain first hand advice from lawyers that live and work in the respective 8 Asian countries for many years and that have extensive experience with the legal issues foreign investors are faced in the respective countries.
